I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with spacious and clean rooms that felt like a luxurious 5-star experience. The service, especially from Onur, Aisha, and the dedicated housekeeping team, made me feel truly cared for. The location was excellent, especially for families looking to explore Vialand park and enjoy the stunning views. However, the dining experience was a bit lacking in variety and freshness.
